This two-day course (9 am to 5 pm) will teach you about ISO/IEC 17025:2005 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, with emphasis on the management system requirements and how they drive focus on the customers’ technical requirements.

The course will provide you with the knowledge and skills: 

  • to understand the history and development of laboratory quality management systems
  • to develop an integrated system for managing laboratory safety and the environment
  • to implement a method development and validation system in terms of customer satisfaction
